Requirements and Rules

The Intentional Creativity Leadpages offering is for active Guild Members and students in Prisma and Color of Woman Teacher Training. If you are a student, your transition to active Guild Member upon graduation will allow your Leadpage to remain active. As an active Guild Member, your Leadpage is part of your member benefits.

Each Leadpage created with be required to carry an intellectual property disclaimer in the footer of the page. This disclaimer has been embedded prior to your being given access to the page. The disclaimer must remain in the footer of every Leadpage created through this offering.

Once your Leadpage has been established, we ask that the following rules be adhered to in order that everyone's experience is enjoyable. Questions regarding these requirements and rules can be directed to the Musea's Tech Systems Coordinator, Sumaiyah Yates (sumaiyah.yates@musea.org):

  • As an Intentional Creativity Educator, your Leadpage should reflect a connection to and implementation of Intentional Creativity in your work. Although it does not have to be the sole tool used, it should be a primary focus.
  • Your Leadpage can be found under the "Landing Pages" section of the platform. When logged into the Leadpages platform, you will have access to the entire range of possibilities (Dashboard, Sites, Leads, Lead Magnets, Integrations, and Domains). These are options for the Leadpage Administrator and should not be tampered with.
  • Please do not copy any element(s) from others' Leadpages without their express, written permission. This includes text and images.
  • Do not delete any Leadpages. Requests for deletions should be made by contacting the Leadpage Administrator, indicating the Leadpage that you want to be deleted. Only the owner of the Leadpage may request deletion of that page.
  • Uploaded images should follow the following naming convention: first initial, last name, a hyphen, image name. EXAMPLE: syates-myheaderimage.png. This is required in order that we can more easily perform housekeeping for the Image Library.
  • All images should be no more than 2000 pixels in size. Larger images may cause performance issues on your Leadpage. The recommended size for background images is 1440 x 1100 pixels.
  • Multiple copies of the same image should not be uploaded to the Image Library, even if they are different sizes. Please contact support for assistance if you need different sizes of the same image.
  • Any images that you have decided not to use should be immediately deleted from the Image Library.
  • You are legally required to have a Privacy Policy for any page that collects data from the page's visitors. A link to your Privacy Policy must be included in the footer of your Leadpage. A Privacy Policy informs your visitors about the data you collect and how it will be used. More information on writing a Privacy Policy can be located by searching the Internet for information.
  • We encourage you to also put a link to your Terms and Conditions. While not legally required, Terms and Conditions can limit your liability by explaining the rules for using your LeadPage as well as protecting your rights to the content on your page.
  • Do not modify the Brand Colors that have been provided. You are welcome to add additional colors as needed to the color palette, but the Brand Colors should remain intact without modification.
